ramoon|rəˈmuːn| Also ramon. [Sp. ramon, f. ramo branch; cf. prec.] The tops and leaves of a West Indian and Central American tree (Trophis Americana), used as fodder for cattle. Chiefly in comb. ramoon-tree.
