demi-pique, a. (n.)|ˈdɛmɪpiːk| Also 7 -pick. [demi- 10.] A. adj. Of a saddle: ‘Half-peaked’; having a peak of about half the height of that of the older war-saddle. B. as n. A demi-pique saddle.
