diplostemonous, a. Bot.|dɪpləʊˈstiːmənəs| [f. diplo- + Gr. στήµων warp, thread, taken as = στῆµα stamen + -ous.] Having the stamens in two series, or twice as many as the petals. So diploˈstemony, the condition of being diplostemonous.
