† dodecaˈtemory Astron. Obs. Also 7 dodecatemorion. [ad. Gr. δωδεκατηµόριον a twelfth part, f. δωδέκατ-ος, -η, -ον twelfth + µόριον piece, portion.] A twelfth part; a term formerly applied to each of the twelve divisions of the Zodiac.
