supercelestial, a. (n.)|ˌs(j)uːpəsɪˈlɛstɪəl| [f. late L. supercælestis = Gr. ὑπερουράνιος: see super- 1 a, 4, and celestial. Cf. obs. F. superceleste; It. sopracceleste, Pg. sobreceleste; Sp., Pg. sobrecelestial.] 1. That is above the heavens; situated or existing above the firmament.
