† surantler Obs. Also -antlier. [a. OF. surantoillier (Gaston de Foix): see sur- and antler.] The second branch of a deer's horn, next above the brow-antler; = bez-antler. The term was copied from Turbervile by many later compilers, but appears to have had no real currency.
