dromic, a.|ˈdrɒmɪk| [ad. Gr. δροµικός, f. δρόµος course, race-course.] Of, pertaining to, or of the form of a race-course; applied to the basilican type of Eastern churches from its resemblance to the plan of a race-course. So also ˈdromical.
