Syriasm|ˈsɪrɪæz(ə)m| [f. Syriac, after a Gr. type *συριάζειν, for συρίζειν (see Syrism). Cf. the earlier Syriacism.] A phrase or construction characteristic of the Syriac language; a Syriac idiom or expression.
