elevon Aeronaut.|ˈɛlɪvɒn| [f. elevator (sense 4 b) + aileron.] The movable section of the trailing edge of a delta wing, so called because it fulfils the function of both aileron and elevator on the wing and tailplane of an aeroplane so equipped.
