† epiceˈrastic, a. Obs. rare. [ad. Gr. ἐπικεραστικός, f. ἐπικεραννύναι to temper, f. ἐπί + κεραννύναι to mix.] Tempering the acrimony of the humours; emollient. Also as n. in pl.
