temulent, a. Now rare.|ˈtɛmjʊlənt| [ad. L. tēmulent-us, from root tēm- in tēmētum intoxicating drink, after vinolentus from vinum wine.] Drunken, intoxicated; given to, characterized by, or proceeding from drunkenness; intoxicating.
