admixture|ædˈmɪkstjʊə(r)| [f. L. admixt- (see prec.) + -ure, as if ad. L. *admixtūra; cf. mixtūra.] 1. The action or process of mingling one substance with another, or of adding as an ingredient; the fact of being so mingled.
