expansible, a.|ɛkˈspænsɪb(ə)l| [as if ad. L. *expansibil-is, f. expans- ppl. stem of expandĕre: see expand and -ible. Cf. Fr. expansible.] That can be expanded. 1. That can be opened or spread out.
