ˈflecky, a. [f. fleck n.1 + -y1.] Full of flecks, i.e. spots or streaks; also, having a wavy appearance. (But in quot. 1694 flecky may be a variant of flicky.) Hence ˈfleckiness, the condition of being flecky.
