† ˈtransvasate, v. Obs. rare—1. [f. ppl. stem of med.L. transvāsāre, f. trans- 1 + L. vās vessel. Cf. extravasate.] trans. = transvase. So † transvaˈsation [cf. F. transvasation (? 16th c. in Godef. Compl.)], the action or process of pouring out of one vessel into another.
