▪ I. fuggy, a. colloq. (orig. dial. and School slang).|ˈfʌgɪ| [f. fug n. + -y1; or fug may be a back-formation from this. Cf. fog n.2 and foggy a.] Of the air in a room: close, stuffy, and smelly, from want of ventilation. Of persons: addicted to living in such an atmosphere.
