triphibious, a.|traɪˈfɪbɪəs| [Irreg. f. tri- + amphibious a.] Capable of living or operating on land, on water, and in the air; spec. of or pertaining to military operations involving land, sea, and air forces. Hence triˈphibiously adv. (rare).
