Tzotzil, n. (and a.)|ˈtsəʊtsɪl, tsəʊtˈsɪl; s-| Also Zotzil. Pl. -il, -iles |-ˈiːlɪs|, -ils. [a. Sp., ad. Tzotzil soćil bat people.] (A member of) an Indian people inhabiting parts of southern Mexico; the Mayan language of this people. Also attrib. or as adj.
