In Czechoslovakia, a monetary unit introduced in 1892 and equal to one hundredth of a koruna; a coin of this value.

IV. 330/2 In October 1945 a monetary reform was introduced whereby the existing currency, the koruna or crown (K), was replaced at par by a new unit, the koruna Československá (Kčs) of 100 haleřu or heller. 1962R.
