‖ harmonia Anat.|hɑːˈməʊnɪə| [L. harmonia, a. Gr. ἁρµονία joining, joint, agreement, harmony, etc.; in Galen, ‘the union of two bones by mere apposition’. See also harmony.] A kind of suture in which the two bones are apposed to each other by plane or nearly plane surfaces.
