1940Times 13 Aug. 3/2 The Swiss scientist, Dr. W. Minder, of Berne University, has now succeeded in isolating element ‘85’, which, in honour of his Fatherland, he has named ‘Helvetium’. He has proved that ‘Helvetium’ is produced in small quantity from the decomposition of actinium, which is radio-active. |
