hexode, a. and n.|ˈhɛksəʊd| [f. Gr. ἕξ six + ὁδός way, path.] A. adj. Electr. Telegr. Of six ways: applied to a mode of multiplex telegraphy, whereby six messages can be transmitted simultaneously.
