allyloestrenol, n. Pharm.|ælaɪlˈiːstrənɒl, -ˈɛstrənɒl| Also allylestrenol. [f. allyl n. + oestrogen n. + -ol.] A synthetic progesterone analogue, C21H32O , given orally in cases of threatened or habitual abortion.
