hydrolith|ˈhaɪdrəʊlɪθ| [ad. F. hydrolithe (G. F. Jaubert), f. hydro- + Gr. λίθος stone.] A commercial name for calcium hydride as used as a convenient source of hydrogen (evolved when water is added).
