hügelite Min.|ˈhʏgəlaɪt| [ad. G. hügelit (V. Dürrfeld 1914, in Zeitschr. f. Kryst. u. Min. LIII. 183), f. the Ger. family name von Hügel: see -ite1.] A yellow or brown mineral originally described as a hydrated vanadate of lead and zinc but later shown to be a hydrated arsenate of lead and uranium.
