Venda, n. and a.|ˈvɛndə| [An African word; since 1973 the name of a Bantu homeland in north Transvaal.] A. n. a. (A member of) a Bantu people inhabiting the north-eastern Transvaal and southern Zimbabwe. b. The language of this people. B. adj. Of or pertaining to this people or their language.
