Votyak, n. (a.) (ˈvəʊtjæk, ‖ vaˈtjak) Also Votiak. [Russ.] 1. A member of a Finno-Ugrian people inhabiting the Udmurt republic in the northwestern region of the U.S.S.R. Also attrib. or as adj.
