vouchor rare. [AF., f. voucher vouch v. Cf. voucher n.2 4 b.] One who calls another into court to warrant a title.
1628Coke On Litt. 101 b, Hee that voucheth is called the Vouchor.., and he that is vouched is called Vouchee. 1768Blackstone Comm.
