isophote|ˈaɪsəʊfəʊt| Also -phot |-fɒt|. [f. iso- + Gr. ϕῶς, ϕωτ- light.] A line (imaginary or in a diagram) connecting points where the brightness or the illumination is the same. Also transf. (of radiation other than light).
