Jesuitess|ˈdʒɛzjuːɪtɪs| [f. Jesuit n. + -ess: cf. F. jésuitesse.] A female Jesuit; a member of an order of nuns established on the principles of the Jesuits, but not recognized by papal authority, and suppressed by Pope Urban VIII.
