Khalkha, Khalka, n. and a.|ˈkɑːlkə| [Native name.] A. n. a. One of a Mongol people in Outer Mongolia; the people themselves. b. The language spoken by them. B. adj. Of or pertaining to this people, their language, or the territory they inhabit.
