‖ Kneipe|ˈknaɪpə| Also erron. Kneip, Knipe. Pl. -en, -es. [Ger.] A convivial meeting of German university students (and the like) at a tavern or restaurant. So kneip v. intr. [after G. kneipen] to indulge in this conviviality.
