Lapith Gr. Mythol.|ˈlæpɪθ| Pl. Lapithæ, Lapiths. [f. L. Lapithæ, ad. Gr. λαπίθαι.] One of the Lapithæ, a people of Thessaly, celebrated for their wars with the Centaurs.
