‖ leontiasis Med.|ˌliːɒnˈtaɪəsɪs| [mod.L., a. Gr. λεοντίασις, f. λεοντ-, λέων lion: see -asis.] A form of leprosy in which the face assumes a dusky, wrinkled, and somewhat lion-like appearance.
