1935C. Palache in Amer. Mineralogist XX. 491/2 The author takes great pleasure in designating this well-defined mineral lindgrenite in honor of Professor Waldemar Lindgren. His great contributions to the knowledge of the ore deposits and their paragenesis makes it peculiarly fitting that his name should appear in the special literature of mineralogy. 1953Amer. Mineralogist XXXVIII. 905 The physical and optical properties of the Idaho lindgrenite are virtually identical with those of the Chilean material. 1955Mineral. Mag. XXX. 726 This occurrence of lindgrenite at Brandy Gill is perhaps one of the most interesting additions to the remarkable number of rare and unusual minerals..in the Caldbeck district. |
