▪ I. marum Obs. exc. arch.|ˈmɛərəm| [a. L. marum, ad. Gr. µάρον.] A name for two aromatic labiate plants (natives of Spain, etc.), Thymus Mastichina or herb mastic, and Teucrium Marum or cat-thyme, formerly used Med. as errhines.
