match-board, n. Joinery.|ˈmætʃbɔəd| [f. match a.; cf. match v.1] A board which has a tongue cut along one edge and a groove in the opposite edge, so as to admit of being fitted into other similar boards to form one piece with them. Also collect. = match-boarding.
