‖ megalacria Path.|mɛgəˈlækrɪə| [mod.L., f. Gr. µεγαλο- great + ἄκρα, ἄκρον extremity: see -ia.] A morbid condition in which the hands and feet and the face, esp. the bones of the face, are abnormally enlarged.
