† ˈmelicrate Obs. Also 6 melicrat, mellicrate. [ad. late L. melicrātum, ad. Gr. µελίκρᾱτον (-κρητον), f. µέλι honey + κρᾰ-, κεραννύναι to mix.] A drink made with honey and water.
