‖ antistrophon Rhet.|ænˈtɪstrəfən| [neut. sing. of Gr. ἀντίστροϕ-ος turned in an opposite way, f. ἀντι-στρέϕειν to turn to the opposite side.] An argument that is retorted upon an opponent.
