Nabatæan, n. and a.|næbəˈtiːən| Also Nabatean, Nabathæan, Nabathean. [f. L. Nabat(h)æ-us, Gr. ναβαταῖ-ος, ναβαθαῖ-ος (cf. Nebāṭu the native name of the country) + -an.] A. n. One of an ancient Arabian people; their language. B. adj. Of or pertaining to the Nabatæans.
