oleoresinous, a. (Formerly at oleoresin n.)|ˌəʊliːəʊˈrɛzɪnəs| Also oleo-resinous. [f. oleoresin n. + -ous.] Of the nature of an oleoresin; consisting of or containing oleoresins; spec. designating a resin-based varnish which has been mixed with a drying oil in order to increase its drying rate.
