palilogy, palillogy Rhet.|pəˈlɪlədʒɪ| Also in Gr. and L. forms. [ad. L. palilogia, -illogia, Gr. παλιλλογία, f. πάλιν over again + -λογία speaking.] The repetition of a word or phrase, esp. in immediate succession, for the sake of emphasis.
