pancreatin Chem.|ˈpæŋkriːətɪn| [f. Gr. stem παγκρεατ- (pancreas) + -in1.] A proteid compound, one of the active principles of pancreatic juice; also, a preparation extracted from the pancreas and used to aid digestion.
