parapsoriasis Med.|ˌpærəsɒˈraɪəsɪs| [mod.L. (coined in Fr. by L. Brocq 1902, in Ann. de Dermatol. et de Syphiligr. III. 446), f. para-1 + psoriasis.] Any of various rare chronic diseases of the skin which resemble psoriasis and are characterized by red scaly patches, resistance to treatment, and lack of subjective symptoms.
