pauropod Zool.|ˈpɔːrəpɒd| [Anglicized sing. of mod.L. Pauropoda, f. Gr. παῦρο-ς little, small + -ποδος footed, f. πούς, ποδ- foot.] A myriapod of the order Pauropoda, resembling centipedes, but of very minute size.
