† ˈpedary, a. (n.) Obs. rare. [ad. L. pedārius: see prec. and -ary1.] 1. Of or relating to a foot or to the feet; in quot. used absol. or ellipt. with pl. = A pardon or indulgence for a pilgrim (who had vowed to perform a pilgrimage on foot).
