2. coarse slang. The penis; the female pudenda; spec. in phr. to pull a person's pisser, to pull his leg, befool him.

3. slang (orig. U.S.). An extraordinary person or thing; now usu. a difficult or distasteful event, an unpleasant person; also in weakened sense, a bloke, chap.
