ataxic, a.|əˈtæksɪk| [mod. f. next; cf. F. ataxique, and see -ic. Not on Gr. analogies.] Characterized by ataxy, esp. in Path. by disturbance of the natural animal functions; irregular. ataxic fever: malignant typhus fever.
