1611Beaum. & Fl. Philaster v. iv, My Royal Rosiclear, We are thy Mirmidons, thy Guard, thy Rorers. 2. Min. Any of the varieties of ruby silver ore, as proustite and pyrargyrite. The Spanish name; not now in English use.
